How do we guarantee delivery even to countries where oral minoxidil may not be importable due to legal regulations?

We ship your package in a neutral shipping box. In addition, the word “oral” is omitted from the label on the bottle.

So there will be no abnormality at customs. So please don’t be surprised if the product label is different from the one on our website.

This is also one of the reasons why we do not offer our oral minoxidil in tablet form as usual, but in liquid version. This is because topical minoxidil is always offered as a liquid or in the form of a foam. If you do not receive your package and the reasons lie with our shipping company or with us, we will be happy to resend your order to you (free of charge, of course).

Excluded for a free second shipment are the following situations:

2. your parcel could not be delivered and was brought by the shipping company to a post office branch, packing station or other for collection, but you did not pick it up within the designated period.
